How do I place an order?
ONLINE ORDERING
is
available 24 hours everyday, you may place your order whenever you are
ready. Please follow steps below for ordering online.
- Choose your
promotional item.
- Choose the item
color.
- Choose decoration
type.
- Choose decoration
location and enter the amount of imprint colors for each location.
- Get your price
table.
- Enter the amount of
shirts you want to order in each appropriate size window.
- Calculate purchase
cost.
- Double check the
specifications of your order. If everything is correct, simply
click "Add to Cart".
- Checkout.
- For first time
customers, please register for your password.
- For existing
customers, please enter your password to proceed.
- Choose UPS ground
service for free shipping service. Other shipping options will
cost extra.
- Print out order page
for your record.
- Submit electronic
artwork to art@q-gifts.com.
For any other types of artwork format, please call 1-888-899-8199
for assistance.
Can I pay by Check?
Yes. We accept
the following payment methods. For faster service, Q GIFTS suggests to
pay by credit card since order will not be shipped until payment is
clear with our bank.
- VISA and Mastercard.
- Money Order or
Certified check.
- Company check. (A
fee of $25 will be charged for all returned checks)

When is my order
processed?
You will receive a
confirmation letter from us through email with your order details once
you submit your order through the internet. And your order will be
processed in the next 24 hours. You may also track the order
status by log in to our site with your email address and password.
Go to "Order Tracking" after logging in , you will find all
information needed under your fingertips.
Can I request a sample?
Yes.
Pre-production sample is available upon request.
What is the production
time frame?
Since Q GIFTS imprints
most of the products in our own facilities, therefore, we are able to
shorten the production time to 5 - 8 business days upon approval of
artwork. Q GIFTS also provides RUSH service for additional 10%
charge of your total invoice amount, please contact customerservice@q-gifts.com
if you need your order rushed.
How do you ship my
order and how much do you charge for shipping?
All orders are shipped
by UPS Ground service unless otherwise requested. Your order
should be arrived within 5 business days or less depending on your
shipping location. UPS tracking number can be provided upon
request. Q GIFTS is not responsible for delays in shipment caused
by the freight carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
How do I submit my
artwork?
Please provide original
camera-ready artwork. Photocopies and faxes are not
accepted. Art specification must be provided upon with
order. If there are no imprint specifications regarding to
sizing. the imprint will be fit to look best. Accepted
formats for artwork in vector : EPS, AI, CDR. Accepted formats of
artwork in rastor : PSD, TIFF (300dpi).

What if I don't have an
artwork?
If you do not have your
own artwork. Q GIFTS will create it for you. Simple
typesetting of your company name and messages will be free of charge.
We can also assist in custom designing at a reasonable rate. You
will be fully notified for what the additional charges will be.
